HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

After the customer faxes the record request to us, we take the application to the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) and apply for the record in person.  A few days later we go back and pick up the application.  We priority mail the record to the customer.

If the NPRC does not have the records of the veteran it could be due to the 1973 fire which destroyed mostly Army and Air Force records from soldiers as far back as WWI.  Although there were a few Navy and Marine Corps records burned, the number is very insignificant.  Other records may be missing because they were checked out by another agency, or lost/misfiled.

If we cannot find an individuals record, we offer a full refund.  It is very, very rare that we can’t find any record.
